Pinnacle Peak Steakhouse has been East County's Cowboy Steakhouse for over 45 years. We are famous for grilling steaks over 100% Mesquite Hardwood logs the way a Cowboy would. We lit our first fire in San Diego 1969 in El Cajon. We relocated to Santee in 1984 where our fire burned for over 30 years. We just recently relocated to Lakeside and are proud to remain true to our wild west traditions of grilling over 100% Mesquite Hardwood logs. Folks have been coming back for generations for the Smokey Mesquite Flavor of our open flame grill. The new location is right on Maine Ave in the heart of historic Lakeside, near the Lakeside Rodeo and Highway 67.Mosey on in for Happy Hour Specials, Mon-Fri 5-7pm .
We want Cowboys and Cowgirls to always feel at home at Pinnacle Peak so we won't allow any smooth talking, necktie wearing, city slickers to ruin the atmosphere of the wild west. We have a strict NO TIES policy. If you dare come in here wearing a necktie, it won't be long before one of our Cowgirls or Cowboys comes to "cut it off" and hang it on our wall as a warning to others that NO TIES will be allowed.
We proudly maintain the Wild West spirit of hospitality and simple cowboy cooking. All of our steaks must meet our high expectations for quality, proper aging, tenderness, marbling and flavor. We chose only the freshest ingredients to prepare your food and we carefully create sauces and dressings in house daily. Mosey on in for Happy Hour Specials, Mon-Fri 5-7pm.
